Parent Dashboard
This page explains what the parent dashboard shows and how to use it to monitor your entire organisation across all branches from a single view.
Accessing the Parent Dashboard
The parent dashboard is available to team members who hold a parent role such as Super Admin, Billing Admin, or Viewer. If you have a parent role, a View Parent Dashboard option appears on your branch dashboard. Select it to switch to the organisation-wide view.
Dashboard Cards
The parent dashboard displays four summary cards at the top of the page.
Total Branches
This card shows the total number of branches in your organisation along with their health status. Use this to quickly identify whether any branch needs attention.
Total Clients
This card shows the combined count of clients across all branches in your organisation.
Total Team Members
This card shows the total number of team members across all branches, broken down by role. You can see at a glance how many Owners, Admins, and Members make up your organisation.
Total Estimated Bill
This card shows the combined estimated bill across all branches. This gives you a single figure for your organisation-wide Charge Us billing. The same mid-cycle prorating rules apply here as on individual branches — see Branch Dashboard for details on how prorating works.
Branch Overview
Below the summary cards, the branch overview section lists each branch individually. For every branch you can see:
- The number of active clients
- The number of team members
- A direct link to access the branch
This section gives you a quick way to compare branches and navigate to any branch that needs attention.
Billing Overview
The billing overview section provides a consolidated view of your financial position across the organisation.
This section shows any unpaid invoices and the next estimated bill for each branch. A summary row at the bottom displays the combined total across all branches and a count of all active subscriptions.
Use this section to identify overdue payments and forecast upcoming costs across your firm.
Cross-Branch Activity
The bottom section displays the cross-branch activity log. This is a unified audit trail that captures actions happening across every branch in your organisation.
You can use this log to monitor team activity organisation-wide and drill deeper into specific events. This is useful for compliance, oversight, and identifying patterns across your practice.
