This section explains how to manage your Fiskl subscription and helps you control your plan, billing, and account settings.

Why Manage Your Subscription​

Fiskl offers flexible subscription options that grow with your business. You can upgrade for more features, downgrade to save costs, or pause your subscription entirely.

  • Choose from Free, Solo, Pro, and Prime plans
  • Upgrade or downgrade at any time
  • Apply discount codes and partner offers
  • Update payment methods securely
  • Cancel or delete your account when needed

Key Concepts​

Understanding these concepts helps you manage your subscription effectively:

  • Subscription Plan: Your current tier (Free, Solo, Pro, Prime) determining available features
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly recurring charge (yearly billing available on request)
  • Pro-rata Billing: When upgrading mid-cycle, you only pay the difference for remaining days
  • Offer Codes: Discounts applied at registration or during renewal
  • Account Deletion: Permanent removal of all data (different from cancellation)
  • Downgrade: Scheduled plan change that takes effect at the end of your current billing period

How Subscription Management Works​

Managing your Fiskl subscription follows a straightforward process:

  1. Select Your Plan: Choose the tier matching your business needs based on features and user count.
  2. Manage Billing: Keep payment information current for uninterrupted service and accurate invoicing.
  3. Adjust as Needed: Upgrade immediately when you grow, or schedule downgrades for the next billing cycle.
  4. Cancel Anytime: Stop renewal while keeping access until your current period ends.

Your subscription data appears in the Subscriptions & Billing section, which contains four tabs: Plans, History, User Changes, and Billing. Only users with the Business Owner role can access all tabs.
