Manage Your Subscription
This guide explains how to manage your Fiskl subscription and helps you upgrade plans, view billing history, and control team member access.
Accessing Subscription Managementβ
Manage your subscription from the Subscriptions & Billing page. This page contains four tabs: Plans, History, User Changes, and Billing.
Only users with the Business Owner role can see all four tabs and make subscription changes.
Plans Tabβ
The Plans tab displays available subscription tiers and allows you to upgrade or downgrade your current plan.
Upgrading Your Planβ
You can upgrade your plan at any time if you're currently on the Free, Solo, or Pro plan. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing.
Steps:

Navigate to the pricing page
From Subscriptions & Billing, select the Plans tab.

Review the plan options
Compare features and pricing for each tier. Any active free or discounted introductory offers will be honored.

Select your new plan
Select Upgrade to [plan name] for your desired tier.

Confirm the upgrade
Review the pro-rated charge and confirm your selection.
Your account upgrades instantly with immediate access to new features. You'll be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
Downgrading Your Planβ
If you're on the Solo or Pro plan, you can downgrade to a lower-tier plan at any time.
Steps:

Go to the pricing page
From Subscriptions & Billing, select the Plans tab and locate your current plan.

Find the lower tier
Locate the plan you wish to downgrade to (the previous tier).

Select Downgrade
Select Downgrade in the column of your desired plan.

Confirm your choice
Review the changes and confirm your downgrade.
Your downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.
Before downgrading, review the features of each plan to ensure the lower tier meets your business needs. You can cancel the scheduled downgrade at any time before the billing period ends.
History Tabβ
The History tab displays your complete billing history with date range filtering.
Using the History tab:

Select a date range
Use the date picker to filter invoices by time period.

View invoice details
Select any invoice to open the detailed view.

Download invoices
Use the print function to save invoices as PDF files for your records.
If you set your tax number in Company Settings, it automatically appears on all invoices.
User Changes Tabβ
The User Changes tab shows the complete history of team members on your account. This includes:
- When users joined your team
- When users were removed from the team
- User role assignments and changes
- Date stamps for all user modifications
This audit trail helps you track team composition over time.
Billing Tabβ
The Billing tab displays your current plan details and payment method. It contains two cards: Plan Card and Saved Card.
Plan Cardβ
The left card shows:
- Your current plan name and tier
- Monthly or yearly price
- Any active discounts or offers
- Next billing date
Managing your plan:
The top right of the card displays either an "X" or a round arrow icon:
- X icon: Cancels your subscription at the end of the current period. You'll revert to the Free plan with limited features.
- Round arrow icon: Appears if you've canceled but are still in the current billing period. Selecting this reverts the cancellation and continues your subscription.
Saved Cardβ
The right card displays your current payment method. Use this area to update card information when:
- Your card is expiring soon
- You want to change payment methods
- You need to update billing address details
