Ask Fi AI​

Fi is your AI CFO. It provides instant answers to your accounting questions, walks you through any feature, and helps you resolve issues — any time.

Fi can help you with:

  • Accounting questions and feature explanations
  • Step-by-step guidance through any workflow
  • Troubleshooting issues instantly

To get started, select Ask Fi — available throughout the platform.

AI Analysis by Fi​

For deeper insight into your business, select AI Analysis by Fi on your dashboard home page. Fi analyses your full account and provides a complete financial overview with insights, trends, and recommendations across all areas of your business.

Help documentation​

The help centre contains detailed feature guides, video tutorials, and a searchable knowledge base covering all aspects of Fiskl.

Select Browse Docs on the help screen, or visit help.fiskl.com directly.

Live chat connects you with the Fiskl support team in real time during business hours.
