Managing Referrals

This page explains how to link your partner account to Atlas, create and manage referral links, and track your referral activity.

Linking Your Partner Account

Before you can manage referrals from Atlas, you need to connect your Partnero partner account. Atlas gives you two options:

  • Link an existing account — If you already have a Partnero partner account, select Link Existing Account and enter the email address associated with your partner account. Atlas connects your accounts automatically.
  • Create a new account — If you do not have a partner account yet, select Create New Account to register directly from within Atlas. This creates your Partnero account and links it in one step.

Organisation vs Branch Linking

When you link your partner account, you choose the scope of the connection:

  • Organisation level — All referrals are recorded under the parent organisation. This means every branch shares the same partner account, and all referral activity rolls up to a single view. This is the simpler option for most firms.
  • Branch level — Each branch links its own partner account independently. This lets you track referrals separately per branch, which is useful if different branches operate as distinct business units or need separate payout tracking.
info

You can only choose the linking scope when you first connect. If you need to change from branch-level to organisation-level or vice versa, disconnect the existing link first and reconnect at the new scope.

Once your partner account is linked, you can create and manage referral links from the Partner Program section in Atlas.

To create a referral link:

  1. Go to Partner Program > Referral Links
  2. Select Create Link
  3. Enter a name or label for the link to help you identify its purpose
  4. Copy the generated link and share it with potential clients

You can create multiple custom referral links. This is useful for tracking different campaigns, channels, or client segments. Each link tracks referrals independently so you can see which links perform best.

Tracking Referral Activity

Detailed referral activity — including signups, conversions, and commission earned — is managed through the Partnero partner dashboard, not directly within Atlas.

To view your referral activity:

  1. Go to Partner Program in Atlas
  2. Select the link to open the Partnero dashboard

From the Partnero dashboard you can see metrics such as total signups, commission earned, total revenue generated, and payout history.

Revenue Overview

The Overview section within the partner program area in Atlas shows a summary of your referral performance. This includes high-level figures for commission earned and total revenue. For a full breakdown, select the link to the Partnero dashboard.

Common Issues

Cannot see the Partner Program section in Atlas

The Partner Program section is available to team members with the appropriate permissions. If you do not see it, check with your branch Owner or Super Admin to confirm you have access.

Referral link is not tracking signups

Confirm that the client used your referral link when signing up. Referrals are only tracked when the client follows the link directly. If the client signed up independently and later connected to your branch, this does not count as a referral. Contact Fiskl support if you believe a referral was missed.

Want to change from branch-level to organisation-level linking

You need to disconnect the existing partner account link first, then reconnect at the organisation level. Go to Partner Program, disconnect the current link, and set it up again with the organisation scope.
