The old dashboard is being switched off

The old dashboard at my.fiskl.com has reached the end of its life. It has been sunset, and will be permanently switched off on 11 July. Everything now lives on app.fiskl.com.

Why we did this

When we launched the new platform in March, we said both interfaces would run side by side during the transition. That period is now ending.

The new platform is the culmination of eighteen months of work, and it has moved well beyond the old one. It now does things the old dashboard was never built to handle — expense management with accounts payable, roles and permissions across your whole team, and the changes to how bills attach to invoices. The old dashboard cannot represent these properly, and leaving it running risks showing you an incomplete or misleading view of your own account. Keeping two systems in step is no longer something we can do safely, so we are retiring the older one.

What this means for you

If you are already working in app.fiskl.com, nothing changes. That is now the only Fiskl.

If you still open my.fiskl.com out of habit, you will find parts of it no longer work as expected. Newer features — expense management and accounts payable, the new roles and permissions system, and recent changes to how bills attach to invoices — do not exist there and cannot be added. Your data is unaffected throughout. It is the same account behind both addresses; only the way in is changing.

What to do next

Move to app.fiskl.com if you have not already, and update any saved bookmark. After 11 July, my.fiskl.com will show a landing page that points you to the new address.
